Before we clean the inside, however, we initially examine the oven to check the severity of the gunk and stains that has accumulated inside. If charred leftovers are present, we use a more severe detergent, safe for pets and children. After inspection we take out all moving parts, light protectors fans, etc and dip them in individual tanks to soak for a prolonged period of time. The length of the soak is determined the severity of the soak, but no more than 2 hours should suffice. After the 2 hours the parts are taken out and scrubbed clean, then left to air dry or dried by hand with a towel so the oven can be put back together. The interior we spray with degreasers which take effect immediately, allowing us to work on the soaking parts. After the degreasers have starting doing their work, using wired sponges we scrub the oven down. Once scrubbed the inside of the oven is sprayed with a water bottle and soaked with sponges to remove any leftover residue and rinse the surface area from the degreasers.
